Question - What size are the invites and what material are they printed on?
Answer - The invites are approximately 'postcard' size, 148mm x 110mm (5.8" x 4.3") available landscape or portrait. The weight is 300gsm and has silk finish. All orders come with FREE envelopes and 10% OFF - check out our

Question - How can I see what the printed invites look like before I order?
Answer - You can request a
free sample pack. The examples despatched are randomly selected and the designs cannot be specified.
Question - From the time of ordering, how long will it take for my invites to arrive?
Answer - During the week (Mon-Fri), orders received before 4pm are despatched the same day. Orders received after 4pm, including overnight orders are processed for despatch the following day. Orders received Sat-Sun are processed on the Monday for same day despatch. It is possible that some deliveries may require a signature
Question - How do I order more invitations?
Answer - You can log-in to your homepage and either amend or order more of the same. Don't forget though as a returning customer you should use your promo code to receive 15% discount.
Question - Where are my invites?
Answer - You can track your order for up-to-date status confirmation. If three days have passed since you placed your order and the invites have still not arrived, please contact us by email -

Question - I cannot find any designs that I am happy with, can you design the invitation for me?
Question - I would like to order my invitations in another language for sending to other countries is this possible?
Answer - For an additional £49.99 per item we will translate your invitations for you. Please remember to select language translation when ordering
